  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 3: Spread half of this mixture in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Step 5: Layer the remaining chicken mixture and top with the rest of the cheese.
  • Step 6: Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For an air fryer option, preheat to 350°F (175°C), mix as above, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Consider adding breadcrumbs for crunch!
