Ingredients
  

  • 4 Thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika notes: optional, for added depth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic notes: minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice notes: fresh-squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Butter notes: for a rich finish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley notes: chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the thin-sliced chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in butter for a smooth finish.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking.
