Chicken ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs in a bowl. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Step 2: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F).
  • Step 3: Remove chicken from marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Step 4: Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
