Instructions
Sear the Steak (Optional): Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2 minutes per side until browned.
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place baby potatoes and sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Season the Steak: Mix salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary. Rub over the steak.
Add Ingredients: Place the steak on top of the potatoes and onions. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Add Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and drizzle over the steak.
Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
Serve: Remove steak, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice. Serve with potatoes and onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, broil the steak for 2-3 minutes after slow cooking.
